LS xr4140 powering down on its own ,

This is my freinds tractor up at our farm, It has done this in the past when he is bush hogging and the air filter and radiator gets plugged, When he stops and blows it out it runs fine, well it started doing it after he cleaned it good so he bought new filters and it did not help , he told me it has only regened 1 time in 250 hrs , I told him to do a forced regen but that did not help, The tractor will just drop rpms down on its own and has little power. He says the temp gauge is normal and fluids are full any ideas?

Clogged fuel tank vent? I believe these vent through the fuel tank cap. Might be worth checking it out.

That could be it , It has been so dry up there the last 2 months just driving the tractor anywhere creates clouds of dust that choke ya, I will pass that on to him.
