mahindra 2810 hst a lot of metal shavings in filter when hydraulic fluid was changed. after I changed fluid I blew a seal in the axle housing. repaired that. now the bucket will barely lift,and while pulling there is little power.can some one help. Iam about ready to shoot my tractor.

Has it been running long enough to get a lot of the air out of the system?

When I hear “blew a seal” I think over pressure. Was this an over pressure (not likely/possible in the axle) or was this simply a failed axle seal? Or maybe something else completely?

it was a failed seal, The metal shavings where brass looking.there is also a knocking noise

Should maybe pull screen out of trans and clean that.
