any help would be great.I have never seen one. I can think of 101 uses of one. It would be a gearbox.
The closest thing I can think of that would make the PTO go in reverse in ground speed PTO with the tractor in reverse.

You could build one using a rear axle and differential from a truck. Make it so the pinion won't turn and the differential will make the output side turn in reverse of what your pto is. Some fab work but totally doable.

On the hobby machinsts forum a guy made one, google Pto reverse gearbox.

The early Satoh tractors had a finer tooth PTO that ran backwards than the US tractors, and they made a reverser to go on it to turn it into a standard 8 spline 1 3/8" shaft. You might talk to Leonard at Valley Power Products as he is a Mitsubishi (Satoh) dealer.
