Does anybody have any experience or first hand information on (Northern Tool & Equipment) NorTrac Tractor 40 HP, 4WD listed for $11,999.99. Basically, where are they manufactured, performance, implements, etc.

Also, last week I e-mailed RCO requesting information on one their Yanmar haven稚 heard from them yet; does it usually take long to get a reply?
