SevenCorners I have the same teeth on my toothbar! I used a 3/8 high speed steel drill running at low speed in a drill press. The teeth are cast steel and they drill pretty easy, I didn't even us a pilot hole. Use a little cutting oil and hammer in some roll pins.

Here is mine with one tooth on and all the holes drilled

If you have crimp on shanks, why not just crimp the teeth on???

Put the tooth on the shank, put the torch to the side of the tooth till it starts to get red and beat it in with a ball peen hammer on both sides. Why drill when it isnt made for it?

I called Fabco and spoke to Kami but she said they no longer sell to the public, that I would have to go through a dealer to get the teeth.
