Looking at TX25

   / Looking at TX25 #11
Your $.02 is appreciated for sure!

I like what I see as well. There are execution details, risk, adjustments, new offerings and unknowns.

$20K (hardly what I would consider "well under $20K" (red flag), 30% financing??? (red flag if so - no idea). Future resale on history (none - think RK)? Implements I *think* I need (I'm ignorant - one would have to look at my ideas, what I'm trying to accomplish, or, I'm on my own, a given!).

I will ONLY stack the cards in my favor (perception probably).

Again, IDK and the reason I post.

What I do know, green is out, orange in, summit in the running hard, knowing well, after I pull whatever trigger, get the wallet out.

I want to learn, I'm not a farmer, want what I have to be nice and enjoy life.

If that makes any sense...
You make perfect sense. As said, I have owned the subcompact for a long time. Others, before and after also I am sure. I had not seen them advertised for "well under 20K" but I am not doubting you. I work in an industry that manufactures and sells equipment. I would be really surprised if there are any on the market for less than that price for a new one. Compared to the other colors, the Summit is several K $ less and better equipped to actually use. The company building them has been in business for a long time. A close derivative of this tractor has been out for a long time. The model sold in the US is far better set up to actually put to use in a small acreage or homesteader type of operation. Most of us will keep these tractors for as long as we need to use them. Resale is something I am not considering about this brand. If someday I go to sell it and I get most of my money back, all is well. The most likely scenario for me is to someday pass it along to one of my kids and after a goodly number of years of good service, I don't care if there is resale value or not. It won't be my problem and I am not buying this to resale. It is for me. I cannot accurately speculate on a future market so if I want to make an investment, it won't be through my tractor purchase. I also actually think the RK is a decent tractor. For too long we have been taught to fear anything from less than the most costly and popular brands. I'm willing to chance it and will buy one as soon as they make it this area. There will be warranty on the tractor but there are no guarantees in life. If you like the tractor, get one. Good luck with your decision.
Go forth boldly there my good man.

$19.5K+ (too much!!! NOT "well under $20K") @ 7.99% will not happen, that rate sounds like risk, I'm not a risk, not sure about the rest (red flag).

Payments really don't matter, interest eats everyone, won't happen here. Monkey numbers not happening, been there, done that game.

Thanks for the quote!!!
Good luck in your hunt. I would stay away from Kubota if you are looking to finance one.

Where is the tractor made and by whom?
Is it rebadged from something else or built bottom up by a new manufacturer?
Financing is important. Zero % has worked for Kubota but adds to the price as well, no free money. I bought Kubota and could not be happier with my choice. Zero issues after 300 hrs of use.
I DO like the looks of the Summit but doubt I will see one anytime soon.
Sold in the Eastern states so says the map, maybe they will come out west thru Tractor Supply Stores. Be very interested in knowing more about their construction, what makes it heavier etc...

It's made by ITL, the parent company of Solis tractors. They're a large manufacturer out of India, and they've been around a hot minute. The tractors are quite popular, particularly in Europe. They're new to the U.S. market, but they'll be around in some form here for the long haul, I would think.

I just bought a TX 25 on Thursday and picked it up Friday evening. Since this is my first tractor so I've been practicing a bit around the yard. We had rain here in Central Georgia Friday and Saturday night, and I mean rain! Anyway, I drove through the front yard yesterday and didn't see any ruts or damage to the grass. My yard is a sandy base rather than clay. So far I'm very pleased with my Summit TX25. Their web support is fantastic. I've asked them several questions, even before I bought the tractor, and they've gotten back to me with written responses in .less than 24v hours and even called me. I'm impressed.
Congrats on your purchase! Be sure to post some photos of your new machine.
