Here's a better shot of the truss idea for the support of the floor across the span. We've taken the weight from a down force to a cross force at a thicker part of the web. Yup, that's a gap in the Jr beams. We needed twenty seven of them puppies, had only twenty, seven new ones coming in tomorrow, also the decking, and the railing material. We should have this project at the point where all we need to do is find the fork lift mast that is going to retire to a life as an elevator. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Harv how tall of a lift do you need I just picked up 3 more Raymond pallet stackers with 6 foot 2.5 inch thick forks for scrap iron price and they all run. That makes 5 in the collection. I think they have a 33 foot lift. Give me a holler if ya need any of them.

All we need is twelve foot of lift. But what you've got sounds exactly what we need. Private Message me your number and a good time to call.

We've got about a dozen people locally looking too. So I expect one will turn up either close to home or one of us will get with you.

The biggest problem I've seen with this system is folks don't change over to a hundred and ten volt hydraulic pump. They stay with the twelve volt system. In about two years they've went through enough batteries to have paid for the hundred and ten volt pump.
