I have a brand new Kubota 3450 with a 514 loader and skid steer quick attach. When I take the bucket off the one cylinder goes out a couple inches further than the other and prevents me from hooking bucket or anything else up to the loader. Do anybody know how I can fix this?

Thanks
Jack

Is there a rod that connects the pivot of the two cylinders? My deere quick-tach FEL has this. I've broken the bolt or pin on the rod leading to the same issue as you're seeing.

Once you get one loader arm under the bucket the other should start moving. Either learn how you can do this or get something to tie the arms together. The arm cylinders are probably just t'eed off and the easier arm to move will go up while the other stays stationary.

There is a small rod that connects the two sides together. Seems like if they put two rods, one on top and one on bottom then they would both be even
