The arms for the loader are moving unevenly, which makes it very difficult to change the bucket and forks.
Has anyone else had this problem? Thoughts and solutions?

Curl or dump it all the way so it aligns both sides again, and then put a new bolt on that shiny round cross bar that times both sides together.

They move independently, and when the right one reaches the full extension the other seems to fall into place.

The chrome looking rod is all that holds the 2 sides parallel. It is just a piece of tubing as far as I can tell. Mine is the same way, I just curl mine back and forth, usually they will eventually find a place to rest that's close enough within a cycle or two.

Isn't there a bolt at each end of the tube that would keep both sides timed correctly?

There is, but apparently the holes elongate over time. The bolts are in both sides of mine but there is still enough slop that I can't pick up a loader attachment without fiddling with it but usually it's pretty quick to find a spot where they line up so I haven't even tried to fix it.

The shoes will never move the same speed because of different resistances in the cylinders. If one moves easier or first it is because there is more drag or resistance in the cylinder on the other shoe. They will balance out when hooked up, even though it takes a little maneuvering to get them hooked up.

All that silver rod does is makes a pivot for the shoes. If the bolts are securing each arm, it should be alright.

Oh ok. That's what I was trying to say to the OP. Almost looks one of the bolts broke.
