Lincoln motor in Mini

Was told the Mini I was looking at had a Lincoln motor. After research I think they were talking about the hydraulic motor, I couldn't find a Lincoln gas engine. I have only heard of the Briggs or the Chinese Honda knock off. Wondering if the Harbor Freight Predator would fit?
