there are no switches in the kit. They are controlled by the existing light switch. (full on to the right) You can get a switch to mount on the fender which is a pretty good idea.... You will get to customize the wiring.

The factory setup has a pigtail right at the bottem of the rops. Just plug into it. If you want to add a switch, you will need to route a wire to the fender console which is pretty straightforward.
