General update.
Again, thanks for all the ideas and suggestions. What a great community to be a part of. I feel like the whole group is invested in helping solve me problem which is pretty cool. Not a single snarky or rude comment which isn't normal when asking questions online.
I leveled the center section up and made a few rounds with all the cylinders in "float" just to see what happened. One wing seemed to have leveled out, but one did not.
Next I'm going to pull the pin out of that cylinder to make sure it's a hydraulic issue and not something in a bind preventing it from lowering.
Assuming it is hydraulic, I will probably try to bleed that line to make sure it's not some kind of air lock. If none of that works I will plumb them in parallel. It will probably be a week or two before I get back around to messing with it.

Thanks again!

The center cylinder seems to extend and retract the entire way. I will plumb them in parallel if I have to.
if center cylinder is extending and retracting fully does the right cylinder also extend and retract?

Wondering if the left wing lift system has some mechanical binding preventing cylinder from retracting. What happens if you jack up the left wing and remove one of the clevis pins from the cylinder. Will the left cylinder extend and retract now? Can you manually lift the left wheel?

That's exactly what I was going to try next because I was wondering the same thing

Besides your unusual hydraulics, I'm very envious of your mower being galvanized !
That's the first one I've ever seen. 👍
