Let\'s see your Brush Guards Please

I have decided to build a brush guard for my Cub. After replacing the plastic grille on my Cub at $154.00. It is now time to build one. Especially since it was small branches that took it out. So let's see some pictures please so I can get a few ideas or see what others have done. I am also going to build a removeable step platform that will go over the hood and cover the sides of the hood. This is so I can have easy access to the bucket when up and roof of the hard cab. I did make a cover for my hood that is easily removable...so I will link that thread here...although it is kind of long. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Hood Guard…Head Guard

I don't know if this directly applies to your question, but it is a start until you get some specifec replies... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

edit: Forgot to add that the hood cover is strong enough to walk on when I want to climb up on the head guard and use it as a work platform... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I could have added side covers but did not feel the need in my case...

Henro, Thanks for the link. You just gave me some more ideas on my platform over the hood. I like the idea of using the square tubing and mess wire. I too have dropped a few items over the back of the bucket. Fortunately for me its only been snow so far.
