LED tractor lighting......

Amazon is selling 4 27 watt lights for $25. I've got them on my tractor and they provide tons of light. I was able to modify the wiring harness from the 2 headlights to power the LED's instead, so I did not have to install a new light switch.

Because I am in Canada, clicking on that link takes me to Amazon.CA, where the Canadian price for that item is $50. Given that the current exchange rate is currently 1.27, the $25US pack of 4 lights should be $32CD. We get ripped again!
It is too bad I don't live closer to the border so I could buy them in the US, as many Canadians do.

Still, even at $50, that's a pretty good package (even if I am griped about the cost here vs. there).

The only problem with those 27 watt lights is the stainless mount, the lights themselves are great. They put some notches in them when they pressed them out to keep the bolt head from turning, and some of them crack there at the weak point. I have fixed a couple by welding with small stainless rod, but finally gave up and made new brackets out of 1/8" stainless strap. Again, the lights are REAL GOOD..!!!!

I have mounted about a dozen various LED lights altogether, and never had any cracking... but then again, 6 of them have moved on to new tractor owners, so maybe over time they have failed??
