leaf vacs/shredders

like the troybilt CSV 060. i want to use it to process leaves for mulch. looking for some reviews. other similar model reviews would be good too.

Not familiar with the TroyBilt model, but I did a lot of research on leaf vacs, and decided to buy a Cyclone Rake.

It was delivered last Thursday, so I put everything together and did a few test passes. Worked great! Really impressed with the company - packaging was fantastic, easy to follow instructions, most needed small tools and wrenches provided, all parts either anodized, powdered coated or chromed. I purchased their Comander model.

To me, it was the best value for the money.

Another vote for the Cyclone Rake. It works great, customer service is excellent and the best part.... it folds up and hangs on the wall out of the way for the other 11 months of the year when I don't need it :thumbsup:

does your mower chop up the leaves pretty good? i need the leaves kind of shredded to use them as mulch.

Here's a photo of what my leaves look like mulched, and this was mostly from the Cyclone Rake itself.

My Cyclone XL is being delivered tomorrow. I still have leaves on trees and snow melting. Cant hook it up to tractor yet waiting for a JD X748 that I orderd last week.

We just got a Cyclone Rake Z-10 the other day. Still have to assemble it...
