Sounds like you've got a nice tractor. If it can run a 48" finish mower, it should run a 48" shredder as well. My Dad's previous tractor (11 hp pto) had no difficulty with either. Unless you need a smaller unit to fit between stuff, you could go with the 48", as opposed to a 38" in my opinion.
