I have a pats system I took off my old tractor and it will not fit on the telescoping arms. I am not sure how far the arms on the three point linkage extend into the quick hitch.

Yes it will work.
I have a Kubota with telescoping lift arms and have the QH15, no problems at all. Also works with full Top N Tilt setup with no issues at all. I absolutely love it!
