I have a 3830 with a front mount 62" blower, haven't had to use it this year so far, I got the blade on right now. How wide is the one on the 5030? However I did build a cab on mine and it remove easily in the spring.

The blower is a Kubota. I forget the model # but it is right around 62" wide. I was astounded at the ability to throw snow at such a distance. This was an 8" storm but I would venture that the 5030 could handle at least twice that before it would have to slow down. Probable capable of clearing snow at the depth of the intake at a reasonable speed.
