I think my rear brakes are starting to go south. I do a LOT of brake steering, so I may've killed them. Are they regular brakes or do they use some kind of hydrostatic thingie? Is a brake replacement a DIY job?

Thanks - JayC

They are mechanical no hydraulic system involved...
But they are wet brakes and they are inside the axle housing at the transmission.
If I ever need brakes on mine... It will be a Do it yourself deal, as there is a lot of labor time to get it apart and back together...
You have to take axle housing off the transmission housing.
The disks are in hydraulic oil and very hard to ware out... Have you tried to adjust them tighter yet? KennyV
