I too raised the seat height 1" and added better suspension to the stock seat which hurts my ash after about 2 hrs. No problem horse ranch, hobby farm is what I do with a little local mowing mixed in for fuel money.
Another change that had to happen was the extension and proper stacking of the rear hydraulic controls. The OEM set of 3 levers where extremely short and nearly under the seat on the right side. I believe they were all the same size/height so you had to look or feel your way around to get the right one. That type of lever ID is not conducive to good operation.

A fully sychronized gear "shuttle shift" with a lever on the column would not be a bad option.....
Single pedal for speed control of both directions.
Like a payloader! ;-)

How did you add "better suspension"?

At first I tried some spring changes, different lengths and rates. Not much improvement... so I bought a better seat suspension base and adapted the OEM seat, the unit I bought online had a swivel feature which I liked from my previous tractors. The 45º giving a better position for gannon work. Unfortunately this feature does not work in this tractor because the station is so narrow my knees were in the draft control so I had to use just the suspension half of the seat mount I purchased. It's better, still not all I want but that was that.
