L3300 gst ? information

Maker, from my position the view isn't as clear when comparing tractors that are that closely spec'd. As far as reliability the L series has been very good. Between the two models you mentioned, no "built in" common problems come to mind. I can't give you a good opinion as to which machine to choose, the guys on the board can give first hand opinions of both models from "real world use". From reading the board I have noticed one common feeling from most operators. If you have the $$$ to get the bigger machine, get the bigger machine.

uhh, yea, ditto what kubmech said. I have the 3010 and do some work like you described. I think you'd be happier overall with the 3410! Extra hp is a good thing!

Maker,
I had the same question and bought the 3410 HST. It was only a ~1200 premium over the 3010HST if memory serves.

Just a note, I have run out of Hp before traction on a couple of occasions, but it's mostly more Hp than traction.

If it's mostly a grass cutter, the 3010 with belly mower should be great.
You can buy some nice implements with the price difference...
