L3010 Squeal

I have a L3010 Hydro that has an intermittent high pitch squeal at idle while sitting still. It did it since it was brand new. Doesn't seem to be related to anything. Does it for a couple of seconds then a few minutes later for no reason does it again. Almost sounds like a dry rubber seal or bushing. Machine has 40 hrs on it. Noise not getting worse of better.

Mine did it when it was new also. I changed to the Super UDT at 50 hours and I haven't noticed it since. Maybe changing the fluid did it or maybe just the hours...or maybe something else.

I had my dealer listen to it and he said it was normal.

Can you tell the general location of where the sound is coming from? Belts tensioned okay? The Hydro fluid level is okay in the sight glass?

It seems to be coming from the mid to rear of the tractor. Only does it when the clutch is out. Happens a few times a day. Hoping it would go away after I had some hours on it. Belts and fluid all ok.
