Have an L3000 that the 3 point won't lift unless I roll the FEL up. Started right after I had a hydraulic feed line leak and replaced both the feed and return. Tried swapping them still no luck. Any ideas???

Check the power beyond port from your loader valve - it is supposed to feed the top cover and it sounds like you crossed two lines. The other one is the return line so the loader will come down with the engine running.
By holding the loader on demand, you are plugging the leak that is going back to tank. With the loader in neutral, it is easier for the fluid to go to tank than on to the hitch and do the hard work.
