Maybe i should have asked all the questions at one time? Will the L2900 push snow ok.I have a 350ft drive in wisconsin and can get 12'' of snow at a time.Im looking at mounting a 6 ft blade.Tks for the help. john

I'm sure it will. You may have to start at a lesser accumulation (I frequently start when it's about 6" deep) and you will likely need rear ballast for traction.

I used a six ft.(sub-frame mounted) on a L3130 worked well,with the sub-framed mounted the only draw back is the height that the blade can be lifted:but it is the strongest set-up.My current L4240 has a 8ft.curtis fel mounted bladed...awesome set-up..can pile snow 10ft.high..QD mounted if I need the bucket it only takes five minutes to change.
You may want to ballast with theL2900..more weight the better for plowing.:thumbsup:
