Got back on the mower the last two weeks and got the bushings and pulleys off, plan is this
weekend to press off the bearings and reinstall new bearings and seals and reinstall.

Got started on the spindles this weekend I got them removed
and the old bearings pressed out. I installed one set of bearing
races but still have the other set to go. Then press everything
back in. Here are a few photos.

Got the ol mower back together today and tried it out so far it
works like new and is very much quieter than before I can actually
hear my tractor running now so I am ready for mowing season.

Another picture of the ol' tractor ready for work.
So far I was nothing but impressed by what the
little guy could do last summer it more than paid
for itself in the amount of dirt I moved with the box
blade and grader blade. Leveled out alot of area and
about to start back to work on it again as the rain allows.

What great tractors these old Kubotas are.

Nice tractor. My father had one of those for a while. Had I known he was going to sell it that would have been my first tractor.

Had one of those at the nursery where I grew up. Had a 59" Woods belly mower. It ran flat out for 8 hours a day on three gallons of diesel. Don't think it ever needed anything but servicing and sharpening.
