Having issues with my KX41 2V of jerky operation of boom and rotating at fully open valves. When operating slowly no jerking. Have changed fluid and both filters. Any suggestions?

Oil and filter change is never wrong, but what you need to do is get the hydraulic diagram of this machine, and see what boom and rotating have in common.
Your Kubota dealer might be willing to copy the diagram on a USB stick.
If you can post the diagram here, I am sure you will get suggestions.
Is there a possibility that air is introduced in the system? Check for leaks with engine off.

Did you change fluid and then the issue or vis versa?
