Cool, that's a nice tractor. What did u end up paying?

$26,200 - tractor & fel
$640 - 3rd function kit
$625 - first rear remote
$450 - second rear remote

I put a down payment on it until Monday so I can talk to an accountant as to what way to go for the sales tax because I will be using it with my wife's small businesses but that wasn't the only reason I purchased it for so I need to find out if I can still have the tractor in my name or does it have to be in the businesses name. The dealer told me to check with my accountant and then he'll fill the firm out accordingly. If we end up tax exempt then that be close to a $2300 savings.

This is my first tractor so I'm new to everything and from what I've read I'm thinking I will want a top n tilt so I went with the two rear remotes. My question would be what else could I use a third remote in the back for? I have the room for it and it'll only be another $450 installed if I call tomorrow to have them order another one. Just not sure what else I'd need it for.

If you got the cash get it now.

It must be nice to have the decision out of your hair. Congratulations. That is a nice Kubota model.

And by the way, tell them they need to toss in a few dozen hats for TBN members rabidly following new tractor decision threads. Haha.

Congrats on the new tractor! Just read through this thread for the first time. Tractor shopping can be tough especially when choosing between such good tractors like you were. By the way I think $450 is a pretty good price for the remote!

I went with three rear remotes, but left off the third function which I am now regretting. I got the Top and Tilt and use it with a Land Pride HR3584, next size up from this in the You Tube. I also wish I had gotten at least on rear remote with float.

Congrats on the new ride. It should be a great tractor that serves you well for a long time. Enjoy the cab and the HST+. I think you'll be really glad you got a cab.

One example would be for Top N Tilt and lets say an angle cylinder on a back angle blade. So you could easily adjust your angle of attack of the materiel, the side grade, and also the overall angle of the blade. Another example a Box Blade. Top and Tilt for angle of attack to the ground, the side angle to make a crown in the road, and hydraulic ripper control on the Box Blade itself. These are just some examples. Of course these things can be done manually with the provided jackscrews but much easier to do on the fly with hydraulics and not all of the getting on and off the tractor to make many small adjustments.

+1. I have 2 sets of remotes on mine and wish I had three. I have a grapple that uses one rear remote, a Gannon box blade with hydraulic scarifiers that uses another remote, and would like to have a hydraulic top link. That would require either a 3rd remote or unplugging the grapple hydraulics when I want to use the box blade.

I reckon you could put on a diverter valve on one of the remotes. and have a switch. Doesnt Brian make up a kit like that.?

Yes he does, and we have swapped some emails about that. It's on my "to-buy" list very soon. Started to mention that to the OP, but didn't want to add any more confusion.

I pulled the trigger on the Kubota L3540-3 HSTC today. Has the LA724 ssqa 72" bucket, they'll weld 4 hooks on it. R4 loaded tires, two rear remotes and the front 3rd function remote (all installed by the dealer). I could have also purchased the rear lights and wiper at dealer cost like the remotes but didnt feal I need them. He said if I change my mind to let him know. Ill add an after market radio myself. Will be delivered the end of next week.
I also received everything for the first 50 service to do myself. After we agreed on a final price i said throw in the 50 hr service and we have a deal.
Also received 7 free hats :)
Pics after its delivered.
**** this kids excited!!! :)

Congrats. Did you get a remote with float? Are the filling the rear tires?

I have a rear wiper. I don't use it. If you plan on running a snowblower it would be asset along with the rear window defroster.

Yes they're gonna fill the tires ( (rim guard I think he said).
I will be giving the dealer a call in the morning and have them change one of the remotes to a float style. Don't really know what the float on a rear remote will do for me but seems like everyone likes to have one so figured I'll have them add it and I'll have it for when I learn what it will do for me lol

If you get a TNT you could float the sidelink or toplink. Your better off to have it and not need it than not have it and need it. The float valve works the same as the regular valve but you just push it all the way foward to lock it in the float detent.

Great choice we have three remotes and Kubota TNT , works very well I might add. Float is a good idea that we did not get wish we had. Happy tractoring
