That L245DT is a good tractor, but this sounds like a few different things. First, check your hydraulic fluid level, because low fluid will stop the lift from working right.

But, if the fluid is good, you probably have a problem with the hydraulic relief valve. It keeps pressure high, and if it's worn out, the pump can't lift that plow. A quick look at the fluid and filter is a good first step.

I have the same tractor. If it’s squeals when trying to lift it, check that the filter screen is clean, a world of difference after I cleaned mine.

Also, I don’t know what kind of set up you have but mine came with a western plow mounted on a fabricated bracket. It put the plow way out front of the loader arms. Tractor would lift it but didn’t like it. And it was difficult to keep the plow at the right height for plowing due to lack of loader float valve.

I abandoned that setup and now have an off road plow truck.

Kindly share where the hydraulic filter is located , a picture can help

Should be on the bottom left side (sitting in seat) of the transmission case. My L175DT had one there and also in loader circuit - (mine had a pump in front of the engine too for the BH)

Here's a picture of your transmission case Kubota L245DT (Dual Traction 4wd) Parts Diagrams

The transmission and hydraulics typically share a common sump and common fluid. So checking the transmission oil level is also checking the hydraulic fluid.

Do you have an Operator's manual?

This picture is from the Operator's Manual for the L245. It doesn't look like a spin-on filter so it might be an old time potted type. Plus it's an odd place for a filter,....but it would be even stranger for one not to have a filter at all. Let us know if yours has the filter shown.

Does your tractor have a front loader? It was optional. Which end of the tractor is your plow on?

My tractor does not have a front loader and plough is attached at back

That information helps to make the problem simpler. That is a nice model Kubota and the rear lift should be capable of lifting an average size two bottom plough, or several large people standing on the lift arms.

So now we need to look at the rear lift. You might also see that rear lift referred to as a "Ferguson system" or as a three point hitch (3pt)..... or some combination of these terms.

Tell us some more abot the rear lift. Will it lift any weight at all? Are the lift arms free to move up and down? and do they respond to the 3pt hitch control lever?

BTW, here is an operators manual. The filter photo I posted is in there. I'm curious if yours has that type of filter as shown
Luck,

Where is the Hydraulic relief valve located?

Make sure draft control (if equipped) is disabled.and check hydraulic pressure.
