Dirt Moving kubota KH-101 Excavator injector pump problem

Hi there . I'm a Proud owner of a approx 3.5 tone kubota 4 cylinder diesel KH-101 mini excavator. However the last few weeks the injector pump has been lazy which has gave me no choice but to spray a little squirt of aerostart to get the machine running. The engine blows no smoke and I would like to change the injector pump anyone know where I can find a good second hand one or brand new ? Thanks I'm located in Sydney, australia

Sounds as if glow plugs aren't functioning properly. FYI it isn't safe to spray starting fluid into an engine with operating glow plugs. In fact I despise(HATE) starting fluid because if used incorrectly can ruin a perfectly good engine.

What is the ambient temperature running when trying to crank? what makes you suspect a lazy pump?

Thanks guys for quick response. I bought a new set of glow plugs the other day no luck unforantly and I think the injector pump is lazy because after I start the machine and turn it off. I gotta wait half an hour for the engine to cool down before I can start it again. I don't wanna use aerostart because it's good engine doesn't blow any smoke . Please help
