You are kind of right. The tractors are built, all models, in Japan and shipped to Georgia for distrubution. This is done outside of Gainesville Ga. about an hour N.E. of Atlanta. They also have a shipping facility and the Southeastern offices in Suwanee, Ga about 20 minutes from the plant. I drive by both of these on the way to our weekend home. The FEL’s and backhoes are manufactured and assembled here in Ga. The B and L series tractors are shipped to the dealer in a crate while the M series are shipped pretty much set up. The dealers install the tires, wheels, ROPS and any accessories.
