I have a bx 24 ,engine looses power on hills seems to be afuel problem changed all fluids air cleaner, 2 in line fuel filters.Any ideas

Probably nothing to do with your problem...
Every time my BX lost power I had my 3-point lever in the wrong position... just sucked the power right from the tractor.

Changed the air filter only smokes upon start runs great most of the time

I have a riding MTD lawn mower that had an intermittent fuel problem and found it was a bee that had gotten into the fuel tank and was sometimes blocking the fuel line as it left the tank. Took the tank off and cleaned it out and haven't had a problem in a couple of years. Just something you might check.
