thanks for the offer of your 04 gages, and thanks for the price input, i think i will call my local kubota dealer and see if they have one on hand and try a new one. i think my 900 is a o4, that is the only problem i have had since buying it in 04, i do wish i had some doors for winter, ben thinking about trying to build some?

I got the second 900 the dealer got in. I've had several problems but Kubota took care of them. They replaced all the tires and wheels, new hood (something to do with it coming loose) on recall and then the hydrulic tank bracket broke on the back . All having to do with the first ones out I imagine. It is built like a tank and works like a tractor. Still have a problem with changing gears if you stop while under a load.

i almost forgot, one problem i am having is the fuel cap or tank, can not hardly get the cap to screw on or off. do not know if its the tank or cap?

There is a tech service bulliten out on that fuel cap. Kubota replaced my free of charge and your dealer has to do the same. The new style cap has printed on "diesel only or fuel". This is how they tell if it has the newer style cap.
