I have a small machine shop and a friend brought be the track tensioner from his kobelco mini excavator to rebuild. I finally managed to get it part.The pin is worn almost in half and the hub in the wheel is blow out with a big taper on both sides. Problem is I have no book on it and can not find any info on it. Does any one know if it has bearings or a bushing ? the pin is 1.375 but I don't see any sign of it ever having a bearing race on it or in the hub. I searched the net a lot all I find is replacement ones never some one reaping it. Thanks

I'm don't know your answer, but I have dealt with the New Holland Construction people quite a bit and I have found them to be very helpful. They are so helpful that they will go to extreme measures to print out manuals and get the replacement parts to show you how to do it yourself. And just when you decide that it's too much and you want them to do it, they will tell you where to take it to get it done for less money!!!

For a very long time, Kobelco was sold at the New Holland dealers. Most of all the New Holland excavators are actually Kobelco, but with different paint and model numbers. If you can find the New Holland model number that's the same as the one you are working on, you might have a better chance of finding the info online.

There are also a lot of Grey Market Kobelco machines out there, and it's Grey Market, that means that no dealer in the US will have any information on them. Grey Market always sells for less, but there is almost no support for them from the dealers.
