couple things, firstly welding is not going to work as the tube does not go thro the arms, this and the fact twisting in the tube causes the cracks, there are lots that did not crack, anyone ever measured the thickness of the tube, maybe they used different thicknesses of tube and plate, the fix to me bolts over but it looks like there are then clamp screws that compress the torq tube and this is how they are getting it ridgid, I assume this tightness is what the dealer is required for, too loose and it seems no rigidity is added, I assume also if too tight it causes additional stress in the original tube, secondly anyone with the 120 fix check the tightness of the bolts when done and after many hours of use, I wonder if they come loose
