To any Kioti manufacturer people that may be reading this....sit tight, I know you're waiting to see if the dealer can handle it. If the dealer can't handle it, I'll be contacting you.

I wasn't going to let this thread get to me, I just want to see Joe get his loader fixed/replaced.
That being said, I wouuld suggest some people go and read post #854443 by TomKioti and post #854797 by Glen Ippolito as I believe they are both Kioti owners, and as far as I can tell, have recommended a new loader /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif.
To blatantly imply that Kioti owners are thinned skinned and then to further post "I just wanted to see the reaction" shows a total disrespect for all Kioti owners.
Yep, I guess I'm thinned skinned.
If this post gets me kicked off TBN, so be it.

I'm a kioti owner and said he should get a new loader. I could careless, which company made it!!! Whom ever that was. He should have a new loader or at least a fix that don't look like my 4 year old did it. As for you poking fun at people that's just childish and I ignored it, but since u keep saying no Kioti owners said he should get a new loader please reread the posts. I guess it's just the child in you.

Good luck to you. I own the same tractor and can't wait to see the out come of this one.

This "if it was me" stuff is getting out of hand - in my opinion.

TBN is full of nothing but "if this was me". But that's why we're all here. We share advice and collect advice. We rely on our fellow members to help us out when maybe we can't decide what to do.

But if that was MY loader...... /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif oh never mind

( To all those that take offense to my statements should go back and read the responses and show me one person that owns a Kioti that advised him to not accept the bad repair, there is none, it is the truth and if the truth offends you then so be it. )
What offends me is that what you're saying here is NOT the truth. Show me ONE Kioti owner that said, and I quote, "You should just accept the loader repair the way it is." Or one that even said he should accept it at all. Not one person made any statement that he should accept it. One said well at least it's straight, another said well it looks sturdy, but none said you should accept it and not try to get a new loader.
The tone of most of the responses was, well, at least it's sturdier than it was. That people didn't insist he try to get a new loader is very different from saying they told him to accept it. Saying that members are thin-skinned because they responded the way they did was just harassment, and there was no evidence of your having been tounge-in-cheek.
I suppose different people read these posts differently, but no Kioti owners in this thread have advocated that Joe accept this repair. And even if they did, they have a right to their opinions and it's not up to you to judge, just give your opinion on what YOU think Joe should do without insulting others.
We've all been guilty of that at times, and it's never right or good, and I include myself.

Dargo,

What's with the whole "Jackleg" thing?

You all need to lighten up a bit. Your at a 10 and we need you at a 4. Been a long winter apparently, simmer down now.

I probably should of said "sturdy" not "pretty darn good". That's what I meant. And I also said it should be replaced sooo booyaaah!!!

Tom:

It has been a long winter in more ways than one. We all need to get out, get some sunshine and do what we all like to do......play with tractors, big or small.

Last weekend I tried really hard to get my m9 stuck in my neighbors front yard. I didn't but his yard faired pretty bad. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

To Joe:

Please don't start another thread concerning your negotiations with your dealer, I'm computer challenged so searching for your threads are hard. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

INDEED

Good times ahead.

Patients folks. I took my wifes MPV back to the
dealer 11 times before I finally made them Lemon Law it away.
That was he%$ on earth for six months.

I understand Highbeams frustration but this is a friendly community
and nobody needs to get upset. We're all on eachothers side, at
least I'd like to think so. If I joke around it's only to deflate the
situation and inject some lame humor. I hope you all understand.

Group Hug.... NOW BREAK!

Sorry Bud, certain people will never understand certain things and it's my mistake to assume they will. The same thing goes as to what one person may perceive as quality where another perceives as junk. I again apologize that I did not realize that you are the spokesperson for TBN's 'perceived attitude' police with your years and years of time here and thousands of posts. I bow to your vastly superior knowledge and experience. I will be sure to adjust my perceived attitude by you to your mandate.
