Kioti backhoe subframe and mounts

Does anyone have some pictures of how the mounting system works?

My father has offered to give me the backhoe from his Ford compact and I'm curious to know how Kioti attaches their hoe to the tractor before I commit.

It's been several years since I've seen the Ford hoe, but I believe there are a pair of tangs that drop down on the mid point of the tractor and a pair of pins at the rear. The hoe subframe slides onto the rear pins and then you pass a pin through front of the sub frame to attach it to tangs to lock everything in place.

I have a front mount blower for my tractor so I think I can use the rear mount point of the blower subframe and weld some pins that are attached to the rear drawbar for the rear point. My biggest worry is if the drawbar mount can withstand the abuse a backhoe may place on it.

My hope is to see how Kioti made the connection and go from there.

Look like it's fairly reasonably priced at roughly 1200. Can't make it yourself for less than that.

In reality part #3 might be compatible with the Ford hoe with some slight modifications.

The front attachment point will require some additional work as I think part number 1 goes in the same spot as the rear subframe mount for the front mount blower, but I think it can be overcome with a little extra fab work.

Hi o2batsea.The post about the backhoe subframe is very similar to one that i posted a few months ago and didnt get much response.Here in Aus there is very little help or knowledge about this subject.I was very pleased to see your subframe diagram but unfortunately it is not good enough quality to read and have someone make one for me.Is there any other way i could obtain a better diagram from you ? I have been holding out for the Kioti manuals on line coming to fruition but there is no sign of it happening.Thanks for any help.

Sorry mate thats all I have for you. It's nothing particularly high tech. It's 1.5 x 3 inch box tube with a couple cross members welded in for stability. I suppose with a little barnyard engineering you could fab up something very effective.

As I recall there are a couple of anchor points that get attached to the frame forward that the subframe hooks into and then another slot under the PTO shaft. I had a Kioti BH on my former tractor but don't recall ever taking detailed photos but I'll double check.

These are all the photos I can come up with. Might be helpful but I don't have any measurements to go with them. Note the hooks on the tractor frame up at the front of where the subframe attaches. No lock there just slide the tube over the hooks. The subframe is secured by two pins that drop down in the rear portion of the subframe receiver under the PTO. I think both those areas are shown in a few of the photos if you zoom in.

This thread is a bit old but I'm looking for more info on the subframe for a Kioti CK30. I have images of the front mount but need more info/pics of the rear mount. Is the rear mount a separate bracket that bolts onto the hitch somehow? I'd love the subframe diagram that was originally in this post if anyone has anything.

I'm looking to build a subframe mount so I can use a Bradco 611 off a skid steer.
