kioti 3054 brake issues

Hello,

I recently bought a 1995 Kioti 3054 w/488hrs. When i bought the tractor I was aware that the breaks would stick down if they were engaged and it was required to manually pull them back out. I was hoping that after working the tractor for a few hours that the breaks would loosen up on there own. Well I was wrong. they still like to stick. I've checked the springs and hit the pivot pin with some wd-40. Any other ideas?

I would continue to work on the brake pedal pivot; if that grease zerk has been ignored, the pedal will bind on the shaft. Follow the linkage back to the brake cases on the rear axle housing and spray the brake cams where they exit the case, both sides(brakes). I would get some PB Blaster or something similar for a penetrant, I'm not a big fan of WD unless I'm removing decals
