I am considering purchasing the King Kutter XB series tiller and box scraper to use with my BX24.
I would appreciate any comments from those of you who have used these attachments.

Thanks

I just bought a KK II 60 inch tiller. My tractor is rated 23.9 PTO HP and it handled it well. Tiller seems solid. From previous responses about tillers it seems a that the KK II tillers are very well thought of and have worked great for people.

The KK XB is a different beast than the KK II. I'm not sure if they have anything in common. I've seen a lot of good things said about the KK II series on TBN, and own one myself. It's probably the highest quality of all the KK product. I've seen very little talk about the XB, so I'm not sure of its quality. It definitely is much more lightweight than the KK II (600 lbs vs. 425 lbs)

The KingKutter II implements are not intended for the subcut class of tractors. i.e. Kubota BX, JD 2210/2305, NH TZ, MF GC etc., they are designed for the cut and above class of tractors.
The XB class implements are specifically designed to work with the subcuts as they are sized to work with the "limited" spread and lift capacities of the 3ph on a siubcut.
Those short rear wheels on a subcut come at a price, they're very good on turf but don't give the subcut much lift for full size Cat1 implements.....
The good thing is that the XB class has gotten good reviews here (do a forum search), the bad thing is they generally cost more than their bigger cousins. I think it has more to do with more of the II class being made and sold than the XB but what do I know, I haven't slept in a Holiday Inn in qute awhile :D

Thanks for the advice. I did a search and came up with some good information.
Looks like they will fit the bill for me and have the best pricing.:)

Looks good and glad to hear you are happy with it.
Does it cover your wheel tracks properly?

I just bought a JD 2305 and a 4ft. kk xb box blade and love it. I tried the 5ft but did not have the traction plenty of power and no problem lifting

Can't comment on the tiller but I'm happy with my XB box blade...

The tractor is 45'' wide and the tiller is 48'' wide.
it sticks out past the rear tires 1.5 inches on each side.
So yes it covers the wheel tracks properly.
