King Kutter Tiller Warranty

During the call with the sales manager, I told him that I could swap a gearbox in if it was cheaper for them, but he wanted to swap out the whole unit. I think if the path through the warranty process was more direct I doubt the whole unit would have been changed out.

When I first started working through KK service, I honestly probably would have been fine with an acknowledgement that the gearbox ran dry during the warranty and would get taken care of if it failed.

NOBODY is saying anything was done wrong. Particularly in anything you have done. It is simply rare to have an entire unit replaced rather than repaired.
