I've been working on the mule hard this week.
I got the console finished.
I have 90% of the wiring finished, I had to replace about half of the stock harness, and I added all new wiring for the lights.
I recovered the seat back, the bottom was missing so I made an all new bottom.
Painted a bunch of the frame.
I set the toe-in on the new rack.
I still need to pressure wash and paint the motor.
And sandblast the box and body work the hood. Im going to paint it red with white lettering.
I needed something to do in my spare time!
I bought a mini bike at an estate sale for $25 dollars!
I sandblasted it and had the boys powdercoat it yellow!
Got new tires and tubes, I sandblasted the aluminum wheels and they came out looking so good that I just clear coated them.
The seat was shot so my wife gave me one of her old mini skirts and I made a new seat.
I was serious about the mini skirt!
I tore into the motor and it had no spark, so I replaced the coil, points, and condenser. It will run on starting fluid.
The carb is full of tar, I took it apart and everything is soaking, Im trying to locate a rebuild kit for it.
I have two grandsons coming to visit in July, Im trying to get two mini bikes done so they have something to do while they are here!
