If you're talking about a loader valve joystick, it most likely means the valve is not connected in power beyond configuration. That will cause issues with three point operation.

It would be easier to explain if you can detail what you have and how it's all connected. Assuming this a Summit TX25? While I'm not sure just what that is, having never seen one, I expect it has a loader with a dedicated joystick valve. Probably plumbed such that pump supply goes to the loader valve first, return from that valve goes back into the tractor and to the three point system. Loader valve has no dedicated third line for a sump return. Am I right or wrong on that?
