We have two Simplicity mowers; an oldie, a Sovereign ca 1970's, a 48 inch hydro that still runs well and is used on a regular basis an a much newer, Regent Hydro 12. The Recent recently 'came up' with very hard steering. I need to know how to remove the steering wheel to get access to the mechanism underneath. The front axles are not the problem.
