Ok this is what happened me and my dad bought the red fuel stai ball and put about 3 ounces in it's 5 gallon gas tank started it up for about 10 mins and it was fine then it sat for a week or two got started again and engine was knocking at idle and full throttle can some please help me with what's wrong.

I doubt the Stabil is the problem, how long did you run it with the knocking sound? If it is in warranty i would take it to the dealer to be checked out, no point in laying a hand on it yourself.

Nope it did not.

Well I started it las night while it was 66 degrees out and he stared up fine no knocking which is good news but bad because why was he doing it before.

I'm going to guess it was cold enough that the oil didn't flow. I'm also going to guess you or your father shut it down once you heard the knocking (which may have stopped in a few minutes or less).
The oil in the sump would flow easier during the warmer (66 degrees) temperature.

So, you might want to use a lower viscosity oil during the winter months.
