Wandering if there is any way to lodge a complaint to John Deere on a dealership without going through the dealership. I don't see anything on-line. I feel that I was severely over charged for a simple task. Email the Dealership and received no response.

there should be a 1-800 contact number for Deere on their website. i feel sure they would have a menu to choose who to speak with about your complaint. if not, i would call another Deere dealer and ask if they would give you a number to reach someone in the corprate offices.
