Buying Advice John Deere 5303?

Considering one of these for a second tractor. 2wd with 1400 hours, 512 loader with bucket and spear. Rear tires are really good, fronts worn. Tractor is not beat up, bucket is even in good shape, one owner and looks like he used JD filters. He traded for a larger cab tractor. Tractor has not even been cleaned up so I saw no signs of leaks. Is there anything to watch out for on these? What would be a good value on this tractor?

Wheel weights on the rear, nice. I have a 07 model, the only problem i've had was a thermistor going out once, it will run with it unplugged though.
Around 700 hours on it now.
