John Deere 4520

I am almost ready to buy a new 4520 with cab and all options including fel. What would be a reasonable price? I am between the 4520 and the Kubota m 6040. I have almost 70 acres with only 12 in pasture. I mainly will be using the bush hog and some cleanup and dirt moving with the fel. I like the compactness of the 4520. However, I do not want to feel like I should have more tractor. Any suggetions? I know the 6040 is not a compact and probably should not even compare.
