John Deere 3520 Error 63 PLEASE HELP

I tried to start my JD 3520 this morning and it fired up and cut right off. The display is flashing Error 63..... Does anyone know what this means? I have tried to locate my owners manual which is proving to be no easy task....Thanks in advance for your help.....

According to my manual Error 63 is Left Red Lamp Off Output from the Display is open No left turn signal on the ROPS Are you sure about the number?
