John Deere 3520 diverter problem

Hi,

I need the wiring diagram for the fuse box ans diverter. I need to install a fusebox on the wire to the diverter. Can somebody help me. It's because the diverter siwtch always burn when I use the rear hydraulic output. But not the front.

If it is burning the switch most likely you are trying to run to many amps through it. What you may want to use is a relay. The switch activates the relay and the relay activates the diverter. If you do not have experience with relays, consider watching some youtube videos.

The installation was made by the dealer, but since we have the tractor, the diverter fuse blow out!! we change the coil on the hydraulic valve and it's work again for a few month, but the warranty is finish and we want to try sometinhg else to resolve the problem.

Joecdeere, in the tech manual you sent to me, I didn't found the electric schema for the diverter switch? Is it good for a 2012 john deere 3520???

The manual as you have found will not show the wiring for the diverter, since it is an option. Now that you have the manual what along with the diverter is on the fuse that is blowing? What size is the fuse? With everything else that is on that fuse turned off, does the fuse still blow?

Does the manual show any spare fuses? What I suggest is to put the diverter on its own fuse, then using a relay give power to the diverter.
