john deere 3 cyl diesel

i am working on a john deere 850 with a 3 cylinder diesel motor in it, code is 3j80t. trying to find .030 rod bearings. thanks cindy douglas, douglas machine

Deere and Yanmar only offered .010" (.25mm) & .020" (.50mm) for rods on 850's. They didn't want the diesel crank turned past that point. You may have to get with someone like Hastings to see if you can find a measurement they might have. Sounds like someone needs a new crank, or at least one that will cleanup with a in spec turning
