I have a john deere 410j 4x4 2008
In 1 gear and 3 gear dont move only in 2 gear. Few days ago i use a few hours in 2 gear and put in 1 and 3 and work perfect. 2 days.later the same dont move in 1 a 3. Someone have idea what is wrong ?

410J is a backhoe, and has functions tractors don't typically offer. We had one a while back, now we run a 710L. I remember having issues with the downshift button on the loader joystick having issues similar to yours. We blew it (the button) out with compressed air every time it acted up, about twice a year, and everything worked again. Check all the fancy switches, make sure that someone isn't flipping one on you every now and then to mess with you, and if you don't know what a switch does, look it up in the manual. We also had problems in a Case 580SN with the seat rotation switch that did some weird things, maybe a possibility?
